Titch Walker – Trumpet - Titch studied trumpet at the former Trinity College of Music on a four-year Performance Diploma course, graduating in 1996, and followed this with a one-year Trinity Jazz Scholarship. As a professional musician, Titch has worked with bands and artists such as The Glenn Miller UK orchestra, The Syd Lawrence Orchestra, The Len Phillips Big Band, The Sticky Wicket Big Band, The String of Pearls Orchestra, Claire Martin, The Mike Smith Orchestra, Blue Harlem, The Harlem Meer Cats and with members of the Chris Barber band with Richard Exall’s Shooting Stars. Titch’s first musical memories are of his Dad’s Louis Armstrong and Bix Beiderbecke vinyl collection. Working with many Dixieland bands in England and regular visits to New Orleans ensure he is constantly chasing that sound!
