Band Info

Trumpet and Cornet. Paul joined the Ampthill brass band when I was 14 in 1956 and on occasions still plays with them. Then one day when listening to the radio and The Ken Colyer jazz band came on, I realised that’s the music I wanted to play. I was then 16 years age. So in the 1960’s I formed my first band calling it The Camellia Jazz Band which ran for a few years. Over the years I have played with many bands and am now playing mostly with The Fenny Stompers.
