Band Info

In the 1950's and 1960's Hugh played banjo professionally with Bob Wallis and the Storeyville Jazzmen, Terry Lightfoot Band, Monty Sunshine and Cy Laurie, winning a Melody Maker poll. He has toured in Australia and Canada. He reviews CDs in the Jazz Journal also leads his own band.
