Christine Tyrell – Vocalist – Christine was born in Jamaica where she became a leading church singer of her generation. She broadened her interest in jazz in the U.K. and starred for some time in the long established jazz show ‘New Orleans Mardi Gras’. Since becoming the regular featured vocalist with the Phil Masons All-Stars, her popularity has increased considerably, and her distinctive interpretations of blues, spirituals and gospels has gained her thousands of new fans.
